Concordia Preparatory School along with opportunities for its students and faculty are supported through a variety of signature advancement events. Through event sponsorship, individuals, businesses, and organizations are able to support the School in a meaningful and impactful way, publicly sharing their care and commitment to the mission and legacy of Concordia Prep.

To ensure long-term ability to grow and thrive, Concordia Prep relies on major and planned gifts. Planned gifts offer myriad ways for donors to provide for Concordia Prep as part of their estate planning. Some gifts are made now and can provide tax and financial benefits to the donor through the transfer of assets like stock or an IRA. Other gifts invest in the future as part of an individual’s overall estate plan.

With thoughtful planning, you can make a gift that makes a tremendous difference, nurturing our students’ spiritual, academic, physical, and social growth to become men and women of faith and service. 

Membership in the Saints Legacy Society is reserved for those who have included the Baltimore Lutheran High School Association in their will, trust, and/or estate plans, have named the Baltimore Lutheran School Association as a beneficiary (whole or partial) of an insurance policy or retirement account, and/or have established an endowment fund for the Baltimore Lutheran High School Association.

The Concordia Preparatory School online giving form is the easiest and most efficient way to support the School. This method includes a variety of payment options such as credit cards and PayPal, as well as the ability to make contributions to the Annual Fund, a tribute or memorial, or establish recurring gifts.

• Annual Fund:
  By selecting this option, funds will be directed to the school's operating budget and will allow us to provide financial aid to make a Concordia Prep affordable to students and their families.
  
  
• Tribute/Memorial Gift:
  Select this option to make a tribute or memorial gift to honor a special person or celebrate the life of a loved one. Making a gift in honor or in memory of someone pays tribute to their love of Concordia Prep by helping us to realize the mission of the school they love.

• Recurring Gift:
  You also have the option to increase your impact by setting up a recurring gift (monthly, quarterly, or annually). By giving a little each month, you can make a big difference for our students.

Employer Gift Match: 
You may be able to double or even triple your gift to Concordia Prep if your employer has a matching gift program. Please consult with your employer to explore their current offered gift matching opportunities.

Alumni Gift Match: 
Encourage your former classmates or other alumni to match your gift and possibly increase the total giving opportunities.

The advancement team is happy to guide you through these processes and answer any questions. 

A donor advised fund (DAF), which is similar a charitable savings account, gives you the flexibility to recommend how much and how often money is granted to Concordia Preparatory School. You can recommend a grant or recurring grants now to make an immediate impact or use your fund as a tool for future gifts to the School. You can also create a lasting legacy by naming the School the beneficiary of the entire account or a percentage of the fund.

Concordia Prep accepts many types of in-kind donations, primarily auction items or services for fundraising events. These are non-cash donations and arrangements should be made by contacting the advancement team.
