Concordia Preparatory School offers a variety of fun, quality summer day camps for students at age 7 through 12th grade with a wide selection of interests and passions. Led by energetic and enthusiastic staff who love working with students, a summer spent at Concordia Prep camps provides a nurturing environment for campers to engage, learn, and grow beyond the school year. We are excited to see you on our campus this summer!

Registration is now open for all offered camps for Summer 2025! Additional correspondence about specific details of camp programs will be distributed to registered campers as we get closer to the start of summer.

  • Baseball Camp

    June 30 - July 3, 2025

    The Concordia Prep Baseball Camp is an engaging camp where fundamentals are not only taught but practiced through the School's core values of faith, leadership, integrity, service, and community. Led by the Concordia Prep Head Baseball Coach Peter Couser, participants will be guided by current baseball staff and student-athletes to enhance and develop their skills and love of the sport.

  • Basketball Camp

    June 23 - 26, 2025

    Rising 5th - 9th Graders
     
    Led by Concordia Prep Head Basketball Coach Deech, the Basketball Camp is an opportunity for a fun and unique learning experience for young student-athletes to develop their basketball skills and gain life skills that can be applied to all areas of their lives. We will provide tools to succeed on and off the court by helping to foster mental toughness, faith, sense of community, and gratitude.

  • Colombia, Mi Encanto! Camp

    July 21 - 25, 2025

    There is a place in the world where you can find all possible climates, thousands of bird species, and a blend of African, European, and Native American cultures along with many other exciting things. Join us this summer for our Colombian Camp where we will learn and cook traditional food, create handmade crafts, and play traditional Colombian games among many other fun activities.

  • Dodgeball Camp

    June 17 - 20, 2025, and July 14 - 17, 2025
    1 - 4 pm
    Ages 7 - 14

    Join us for four action-packed afternoons of dodgeball at the Concordia Prep gymnasium! Designed for kids ages 7-14, this camp features thrilling games, competitions, and tournaments each day. Led by Head Football Coach Joe Battaglia and a team of current and former Concordia Prep student-athletes, participants will enjoy an energetic and fun-filled experience while building teamwork and sportsmanship.

    Cost: $150.00 per camper

  • Fluid Power Action Challenge: STEM-Based Summer Camp

    July 7-11, 2025

    The Fluid Power Action Challenge (NFPA) is a STEM-based camp that challenges students to solve an engineering problem using fluid power. The students learn about fluid power and engineering design to build a hydraulic powered machine to compete against other teams in a timed competition.

  • Football Camp

    June 17 - 20, 2025, and July 14 - 17, 2025

    Ages 7 - 14

    The Concordia Prep Football Camp, led by Head Football Coach Joe Battaglia, offers an exciting opportunity for young athletes ages 7-14 to enhance their skills and passion for the game. Campers will engage in drills, competitions, and games while learning from current and former Concordia Prep football players. Special guest speakers will share insights throughout the camp, and every participant will receive a camp t-shirt to commemorate the experience. Join us for a week of football, fun, and growth!

    Cost: $250.00 per camper

  • Football Prospect Night

    June 20, 2025, and July 18, 2025
    6th - 9th grade

    Join us for Concordia Prep’s Football Prospect Night, a one-evening football camp designed to showcase and evaluate the best youth players in the area. Open to athletes eager to compete at the next level, this event features skill instruction and drill work led by the Concordia Prep football staff. Campers will have the chance to test their abilities through 1-on-1 matchups and group competitions. Don’t miss this opportunity to elevate your game and stand out among the best!

  • Lacrosse Camp

    June 23 - 26, 2025
    9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
    Ages 11-14
     
    The Concordia Prep Summer Skills Lacrosse Camp is designed for lacrosse players of all skill levels, from beginners looking to learn the basics to experienced players, aiming to refine and elevate their game. Held on Concordia Prep’s well-maintained athletic fields, the camp is run by knowledgeable coaches, including some from Concordia Prep’s own lacrosse coaching staff. The camp typically includes:
    • Skill Development Sessions: Focused drills on fundamental lacrosse skills like shooting, passing, cradling, and defensive positioning. Each session is structured to build player confidence and improve technical ability.
    • Small-Sided Games and Drills: Participants engage in small-group scrimmages and competitive drills that reinforce teamwork, game strategy, and quick decision-making under pressure.
    • Position-Specific Coaching: Tailored instruction for attack, midfield, defense, and goalie positions, allowing players to receive focused guidance based on their role and personal goals.
    • Fitness and Conditioning: Age-appropriate strength and conditioning exercises are incorporated to enhance players’ endurance, agility, and overall athletic performance.
    • Fun and Team-Building Activities: Beyond the on-field action, campers participate in team-building exercises and activities that foster camaraderie and a sense of sportsmanship.

  • Robotics Camp

    July 7 - 11, 2025, and July 14 - 18, 2025
    1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
    6th - 8th Graders
     
    VEX IQ is a snap-together robotics system, making it fast and easy to build an endless variety of robots. Watch code come alive on a physical robot and apply key STEM skills. Campers will explore VEX IQ by working in groups to build and code their robots to compete in classroom events. Campers will begin by building with basic building blocks. They will then explore more complex coding and construction throughout the week. They build the Clawbot and code it to participate in different robot challenges. This camp provides the foundation for the next level and joining a VEX IQ competition team in the future.

  • Spark Joy in Reading! Camp

    July 21 - 25, 2025

    This camp focuses on inspiring young readers to enjoy reading. They will encounter a variety of short stories, poems, and even articles to read. The morning session will be for Middle School students, and the afternoon session will be for Upper School students. The goal is to help students find topics that interest them, help them build confidence in their vocabulary, and improve their fluency, so that they in turn will create new pieces of literature themselves.

  • Sports Camp

    July 28 - August 1, 2025
    9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
    5th - 8th Graders
     
    This camp will permit campers to experience a variety of sports, teaching fundamentals and complementary skills to support their knowledge each day. There will be additional fun, active games to reinforce each daily sport and activity.

  • Theatre Camp

    July 7 - 11, 2025
    9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
    Entering Grades 4 - 9

    Perfect for kids who love performing, this camp offers a week of creativity and fun. Guided by the Concordia Prep Theatre Production Staff and high school mentors, participants will explore all aspects of theatre, including singing, acting, character development, movement, and choreography. By week’s end, campers will present a Broadway Junior production, with a performance on Friday afternoon.

    NOTES: Auditions will take place at the end of May with all registered campers guaranteed a role in the production.

    Additionally, there will be an orientation for all registered campers on Sunday, July 6th from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. to review expectations, blocking, and a readthrough. Parents/Guardians should attend the first 30 minutes to discuss camp and character expectations as well as other important details for the week while campers stay the rest of the time for opening workshop activities.

  • Participation Policy

    By completing the camper registration, the parent/guardian acknowledges and understands that there are a variety of risks associated with participation in activities during Summer at Concordia Prep camp programs.

    As representative of the camper(s) named on the registration, the registering parent/guardian willingly assumes the risks associated with participation and agrees to waive, release, and discharge Concordia Preparatory School and the School's representatives and employees from any and all liabilities for injury or illness, including death, for any loss or damage to personal property, and from any and all claims of any nature, including costs, expenses, and fees arising from their camper(s)' participation and actions at the School. 

    As representative of the camper(s) named on the registration, the registering parent/guardian takes full responsibility and care for their participating campers, holding harmless and indemnifying Concordia Preparatory School, its representatives, and its employees agree from claims of any nature. 

    As representative of the camper(s) named on the registration, the registering parent/guardian authorizes Concordia Preparatory School employees to seek and obtain medical treatment for the camper(s) should any injury occur while participating. 
  • Registration Policy

    • Registration for all summer programs will close on April 30th.
    • Registration includes a non-refundable deposit of $50 with each program registration.
    • All registration balances should be paid by June 11th through our secure website platform.
    • All registered campers will require acknowledgement of policies at time of registration along with additional health and safety forms that are to be submitted to Concordia Preparatory School by June 11th.
  • Media Release Policy

    In order to portray its programs accurately and vibrantly, Concordia Preparatory School makes a concerted effort to highlight the accomplishments of our community members, as well as to publicize the strength of the entire programs offered by the School, in a variety of media formats. Summer at Concordia Prep campers information—including names, photographic images (for example, portrait, picture, video, or other reproductions), audio recordings of campers’ voices, video recordings of campers, and/or reproductions of campers’ work and likenesses—may be used for educational and/or promotional purposes in print and electronic media. Outlets for publication may include, but not be limited to, the School magazine, marketing materials, website, press releases, social media platforms, newsletters, and local newspapers.

    While the School strives to uphold parent/guardian wishes, we do not guarantee that the use of a camper’s information or image will never occur. Parents/guardians are asked to contact the Concordia Prep Director of Communications if they would like to opt their camper(s) out of the use of media information.
  • Drop-Off Procedures

    Morning and All-Day Camps
    Regular drop off begins at 8:30 a.m. for morning and all-day camps that start 9:00 a.m. 

    Any campers participating in the basketball, dodgeball, or sports camp programs should be dropped off at the Saints Gym if being dropped off during regular camp hours.

    All other summer programs should be dropped off at the front of the School by the gazebo. Please ring the bell by the double glass doors and a staff member will assist you.

    Afternoon Camps
    Regular drop off begins at 12:30 p.m. for afternoon camps that begin at 1:00 p.m.

  • Pick-Up Procedures

    Morning Half-Day Camps
    Regular pick up for morning half-day camps will be at 12:00 p.m. in the front circle drive of the School. If you arrive before that time, please pull all the way forward by the curb in the circle drive to allow other vehicles to line up behind you. Parking is also available in the lower parking lot.

    Camp directors will be outside to ensure students are safely picked up. Please note that campers must be picked up promptly at dismissal time. 

    Afternoon Half-Day and Full Day Camps
    Regular pick up for afternoon half-day and full day camps will be at 4:00 p.m. in the front circle drive of the School. If you arrive before that time, please pull all the way forward by the curb in the circle drive to allow other vehicles to line up behind you. Parking is also available in the lower parking lot.

    Late Pick-Up Policy
    Camp directors will be outside to ensure students are safely picked up. Please note that campers must be picked up promptly at dismissal time by authorized individuals. Those campers who are not picked up within 15 minutes of dismissal will be sent to the Extended Care and charged the weekly fee accordingly.

    In the event of an unavoidable emergency or delay, our expectation is that the authorized pick-up individual(s) will make every effort to contact the School and the camp director to notify them of any issues. Should this become a regular occurrence, the camp director and School reserve the right to remove the camper from the program without refund.

    Authorized Pick-Up Individuals

    For your camper's safety, only the individual(s) designated on their registration form can pick up your camper. Additionally, the designated parent/guardian is the only one who can adjust noted individuals with pick-up authority. A government-issued photo ID will need to be shown to camp directors at time of pick-up in order to release the camper for the day.
  • Extended Care Fees

    Summer at Concordia Prep is pleased to offer extended care during our summer programs. Please see the chart below for the applicable fees. 

    Early Drop-Off$50.00 per week and per camper
    Extended Day$50.00 per week and per camper
    Both Early Drop-Off and Extended Day$85.00 per week and per camper
    Extended Day (Basketball Camp Only*)$60.00 per camper
    Both Early Drop-Off and Extended Day (Basketball Camp Only*)$90.00 per camper
    *Basketball camp after care is slightly raised to accommodate that the camp program ends at 3:00 p.m., not 4:00 p.m. as most of the other full or half day programs.


  • Extended Care: Early Drop-Off Information

    Only those campers who have pre-registered for Extended Care services can utilize Early Drop-Off.

    Early drop-off begins at 7:30 a.m. for only those campers registered for camps that begin at 9:00 a.m. Early drop-off is not available for those who are only registered for afternoon camps that begins 1:00 p.m.

    Please ring the bell by the double glass doors in front of the School at the gazebo and a staff member will come to assist you.

    Parking is permitted in the circle drive by the curb pending availability. We would ask that you limit parking to 10 minutes in the circle. Additional parking is available in the lower parking lot as well or if additional time is needed during drop-off.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • All fees must be paid IN FULL on or before June 11th or the registration will be cancelled.
    • Registrant cancellations or written requests must be made by April 30th in order to switch camp programs, if available, or to receive a refund, less the $50 non-refundable registration deposit. Refunds will not be issued due to illness or change of plans.
    • Should Concordia Prep need to cancel a camp program due to lack of enrollment, those enrolled will be contacted and either issued a full refund or choose to apply any payments towards another offered summer program, if space is available.
