Statement of Diversity and Inclusion

Concordia Prep is affiliated with the Lutheran Church Missouri-Synod and welcomes students from all backgrounds and religions. All people matter to God and therefore all people matter to us. The entire Saints Family stands against bigotry, racism, and injustice.

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion aims to construct an environment that treats each individual within the Concordia Preparatory community with respect, kindness, and Christ-centered love. With the help of faculty and staff, students have opportunities to discuss the definition of diversity and inclusion, participate in activities centered around both ethnic and cultural differences, as well as understand the impact socio-economic and family structure has on individuals. Students are encouraged to actively participate in events, discuss concerns with faculty, and share ideas so that CPS continues to grow stronger.
