Re-Enrollment News for 2024-2025

Re-Enrollment will kick off January 12th, with a deadline of February 9, 2024
2024-2025 Re-enrollment Process & Deadlines
Families with student’s in good standing – academically, in conduct and/or financially, will receive communication in early January, 2024, with the instructions on where and how to complete your child's enrollment contract.

The student's re-enrollment contract for the 2024-2025 school year will be found in the Parent's OnCampus account. The deadline to re-enroll is February 9, 2024.

Why so early? On Thursday, February 15, 2024, all Association of Independent Maryland School (AIMS) members will be extending admissions offers to new students for the 2024-2025 school year. In advance of this date, my team and I need to gather accurate re-enrollment information in order to make these offers to new students/families looking to join CPS.

Families will be asked to submit the following:
  • Enrollment contract (signed by all parties responsible for payment)
  • Re-enrollment deposit (non-refundable)
  • Enrollment fees: registration fee and tuition management fee (non-refundable)

Please note: to guarantee your child's seat for the 2024-2025 school year and financial award (if applicable), all of the above must be submitted/completed before February 9, 2024.

The Google Meet link will be distributed 24 hours prior to the Information session.
This is not mandatory to attend.

2024-2025 Tuition and Fees
In December the Board of Directors approved Tuition and Fees for the 2024-2025 school year.

The Business Office has also put together a Tuition and Payment Plan FAQ for our families. Any specific tuition or payment questions can be emailed directly to tuition@concordiaprepschool.org

2024-2025 Tuition Assistance
We are thrilled to partner with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment who will be conducting the financial need analysis for Concordia Preparatory School for the 2024-2025 school year.

As a friendly reminder, Concordia Prep is requiring ALL returning families that receive financial aid or scholarships, or those families seeking financial assistance, to apply for your child’s financial award by completing an application and submitting the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by December 15, 2023.

If your family has yet to complete the FACTS Application, our Financial Aid Committee is requesting all families to do so prior to the New Year. Applicants can find the application online by visiting the Concordia Prep Tuition and Assistance page here.

Please note:
  • In order for the Financial Assistance Committee to re-apply your child's current financial award to the 2024-2025 school year in time of the re-enrollment distributions, a FACTS application must be completed before the New Year.
  • Should a FACTS application not be completed before re-enrollment is distributed, there is a possibility your child's award will not be awarded until a FACTS application is complete and verified.
