Be a Saint for the Day!
Concordia Prep welcomes prospective students, boys and girls, interested in attending grades 6th-12th for a "Saint for a Day" experience at Concordia Preparatory School. It is our distinct pleasure to have your child get a sneak peek into the day of the life of a “Saint” and learn more about our community that is devoted to excellent education, leadership, and Christian Service.
Upper School and Middle School "Saint for a Day" visits will begin on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. Prospective student visits are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
To sign up for a "Saint for a Day" visit, families will need to complete an Inquiry Form and have an "Admissions Checklist" assigned prior to scheduling occurring.

Prospective students and parents arrive (check-in at front office). -
9:00 am – 9:15 am:
Welcome, meet and greet, student questionnaire, Q&A. -
9:15 am:
Saint Ambassadors meet visiting students (off to class). -
9:15 am – 2:00 pm:
Visiting students attend classes and lunch with Saint Ambassador. -
2:00 pm:
Visiting students are picked up.

How Do I Sign Up for a Visit Day?
- Fill out an online inquiry form: click here. By filling out this form, you will automatically receive helpful updates about Admission events, the application process, and be able to schedule a visit.
- Once the Concordia Prep School Admissions Team processes the inquiry form, you will be added into our portal, MyConcordia. *Please give the Admissions Team 24-48 hours to process your inquiry.
- Parents will need to log-in to view your child's admissions checklist, view the admissions timeline and deadlines, sign up for a "Saint for a Day" visit and other admissions events; please follow these instructions to log-in to MyConcordia:
- Log-in to MyConcordia by using the email address you used on the inquiry form. Your username is the email address.
- On the second screen, after entering your username, please do not set up an account and password, but to please scroll down and select "Sign in w/ Google" if you have a Gmail address. Please select the "Sign in w/" prompt per the email provider you use.
- Enter your email credentials as the password, to sync your email to the MyConcordia/Blackbaud portal.
- Once you login, please navigate to the application checklist under admissions progress. Follow the button prompts. Notice the Schedule a Visit feature. Click on it. It will display the available appointments on a calendar. Choose a day/time that works for you.
- You will receive a follow up email with our guidelines and important information for the day.
