You are encouraged to inquire at any point in your search. We understand each family has a unique timeline and circumstances related to their school search. Be a Saint for the Day!

Concordia Prep welcomes prospective students, boys and girls, interested in attending grades 6th-12th for a Saint for a Day experience at Concordia Preparatory School. It is our distinct pleasure to have your child get a sneak peek into the day of the life of a “Saint” and learn more about our community that is devoted to excellent education, leadership, and Christian Service. 

Upper School and Middle School Saints for the Day visits will begin on Tuesday, October 8, 2024. Prospective student visits are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. "Saint for a Day" visit scheduling will open on September 3, 2024.

  • 8:45 am – 9:00 am:

    Prospective students and parents arrive (check-in at front office).

  • 9:00 am – 9:30 am:

    Welcome, meet and greet, student questionnaire.

  • 9:30 am:

    Saint Ambassadors meet visiting students (off to class).

  • 9:40 am – 2:00 pm:

    Visiting students attend classes and lunch with Saint Ambassador.

  • 2:00 pm:

    Visiting students are picked up.

How Do I Sign Up for a Shadow Day?

  1. Fill out an online inquiry form: click here. By filling out this form, you will automatically receive helpful updates about Admission events, the application process, and be able to schedule a visit.
  2. Once the Concordia Prep School Admissions Team processes the inquiry form, you will be added into our portal, MyConcordia. *Please give the Admissions Team 24-48 hours to process your inquiry.
  3. Next, an Admissions checklist will be assigned to your account and the email address used on the inquiry form will be your username. You will also receive an email invite from Blackbaud to set up your password and login to MyConcordia.
  4. Once you login, navigate to the application checklist under admissions progress. Follow the button prompts. Notice the Schedule a Visit feature. Click on it. It will display the available appointments on a calendar. Choose a day/time that works for you.
  5. You will receive a follow up email with our guidelines and important information for the day.
