The lost and found area in the Front Office has grown over the past few weeks. If students have misplaced anything in the last few weeks, they should stop by the Front Office to double check. We will be donating any uncollected items by the end of the school day next Friday, December 13th.
Financial Assistance Application Submissions Due Friday, December 20th
Concordia Preparatory School is partnering with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment for the 2025-2026 school year. All Concordia Prep families must complete an online financial assistance application each year to be eligible for financial assistance consideration and to potentially have current financial awards reapplied for the next school year. Middle School
Middle School Spring Sports: Complete Online Interest Form by Tomorrow
Students interested in participating in spring sports should
complete this online form by tomorrow, Thursday, December 12th. Please note that practices will be held two to three times a week from 3:15 - 4:30 p.m. Additional details regarding practices and game schedules are forthcoming. Please
contact Athletic Director Ms. King with any questions.
Middle School Christmas Party Next Tuesday, December 17th
There will be a Middle School Christmas Party next Tuesday, December 17th from 12:15 - 2:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. All students must be picked up by 2:30 p.m. as there is no EDP due to the early dismissal at Noon. Please have students bring a plain white sock for a craft. All other materials will be provided along with lunch for all attending students.
In addition to crafts and other offered activities, students can choose to participate in a White Elephant gift exchange game. Those participating should bring a wrapped gift that is no more than $10.00 in value. Middle School boys and girls will exchange gifts in two separate groups.
Save the Date for Skateland!
Concordia Prep Middle School students will be having an off-campus event at Skateland on January 10, 2025 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Additional details and permission form coming soon!
Upper School
Study Sessions for Midterm Exams Final Session Tomorrow
Concordia Prep is offering three study sessions to Upper School students to help them prepare for their midterm exams! The last session is tomorrow, Thursday, December 12th, focusing on strategies to navigate test anxieties, and will take place from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in the Bridges Media Center.
Jostens on Campus for Classes of 2026 and 2025 on Thursday and Friday
A representative from Jostens will be on campus during lunch tomorrow, Thursday, December 12th, and Friday, December 13th, for ring sizing for juniors. Jostens will also have graduation items, such as announcements, available for seniors to review.
CONCORDIA PREPping with Pancakes
Upper School students are invited to prepare for a successful start of exams with a hearty pancake and juice breakfast on their first day of midterm exams next Tuesday, December 17th. Concordia Prep administrators will be making and serving pancakes that morning from 7:30 - 8:20 a.m. in the Cafeteria. To participate, students must check in first with their advisory class once arriving on campus and then check out with their advisor before attending the event. Many blessings and much success to all students with their exams!

FAFSA has officially opened as of December 1st for rising college students and is the gateway to unlocking financial aid for your student’s college education. It determines eligibility for grants, scholarships, work-study opportunities, and federal student loans.
