Middle School Field Trips: Permission Forms Due April 30th
All Middle School students will be going on field trips by grade to different locations (6th Grade- Annapolis, 7th Grade- Mount Vernon, 8th Grade- Philadelphia) on Monday, May 5th. All Middle School students are required to have a waiver signed by parents to attend the field trips. The waivers are available in MyConcordia. Students who do not have a signed waiver will not be allowed to attend and should remain at home on that Monday, May 5th. Payment to participate in the field trip will be due by Wednesday, April 30th. The cost is $40.00 per student. We will accept cash or check (payable to Concordia Preparatory School).
Chaperones Wanted: Concordia Prep staff will lead all three field trips; however, we are seeking family chaperones for all three field trips. Please
email Mr. Miller if you are willing to chaperone or if you have questions about what chaperoning entails.
Middle School Dance: "Meet Me at Midnight" on May 9th
Middle School students should save the date for their dance on Friday, May 9th from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. in the Cafeteria. This semi-formal event will be a fun evening for students with music, snacks, and a photo booth. Students are expected to adhere to the
dress code guidelines for this event.
Tickets are $10.00 per student. Payment should be placed in an envelope, marked with the student's first and last name, and turned into Mrs. Calheira by Friday, May 2nd. Families should also
complete the permission form by Friday, May 2nd for students to participate. Please contact Mrs. Calheira with any questions.
Upper School
Last Day to Purchase Senior Prom Tickets Today!
Today, Thursday, April 17th, is the last day to purchase Senior Prom tickets. Tickets are $97 per person and may be purchased before school, Class 1, during Advisory, Class 8, or after school in the Main Office. Please see Mrs. White or Mrs. Welinsky to purchase tickets. Mrs. Miller will also be selling tickets during Advisory in Room 217. Cash and check (made out to Concordia Preparatory School) will be accepted during the noted times above. Seniors can also purchase via
electronic payment through GoFan (seniors check your email for instructions). As a reminder, any non-Concordia Prep guests require a completed guest pass, which are available in the Main Office and should be submitted by May 14th at the latest.
SGA Class Officer Forms Due April 30th
Students in the Class of 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029 who are interested in running for class representative should grab a form from the display panel in the Main Office (outside of Mr. Holtmeier's room). The forms should be completed and submitted to Mrs. Miller by Wednesday, April 30th. Voting will take place on May 1st and 2nd. If there are any questions, please reach out to Mrs. Miller.

Place an advertisement in the 2024-2025 yearbook to honor your graduating senior! Yearbook recognition ads are the perfect way to commemorate achievements and celebrate milestones. Now Accepting Applications for Luther the SAINT Bernard Mascot!
We are excited to invite Upper School students to express interest in becoming the Concordia Prep mascot and, in turn, becoming a part of the School's legacy.
The mascot application must be submitted by Friday, May 2nd. Additionally, students are required to ask a Concordia Prep faculty or staff member to complete a recommendation form by Friday, May 2nd. Hard copies of the form are available in the Main Office on the display wall. All recommendation forms should be returned by the recommender to the Communications Office in the Main Office or placed in Mrs. Evans' mailbox in the Front Office.
Senior Cap and Gown Group Photo: May 1st
The Class of 2025 cap and gown group photo will be taken on Thursday, May 1st. Seniors will receive their cap and gown that day as well. Irvin Simon Photographers will be emailing the graduation order form later in May to families.
Senior Day Away: Thursday, May 8th
This day has been scheduled as the Senior Day Away. In past years, it has been a Concordia Prep tradition for the administration to select a day for the senior class to use as a day off of school. This is simply a designated day off as a gift for the seniors. Parents/Guardians
must sign and return the permission form to Ms. Bainbridge by Thursday, May 1st for students to participate in this day. Hard copies of the form are available in the Main Office as well.
