Concordia Prep is thrilled to host prospective students, boys and girls, interested in attending grades 6th-12th for a Saint for a Day experience at Concordia Preparatory School. It is our distinct pleasure to have your child have the opportunity to get a sneak peak into the day of the life of a “Saint” and learn more about our community that is devoted to excellent education, leadership and Christian Service.
Shadow Days begin on Tuesday, October 4, 2022. Upon confirmation of your shadow day, additional details and schedules will be shared with you via email. Instructions on how to sign up for a shadow day are outlined below. Concordia Prep is thrilled to offer “Saint for a Day” opportunities on the following days this admissions season:
- October: 4, 5, 6, 11, 13, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26
- November: 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 29, 30
- December: 1, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15
- January: 10, 11, 12, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26
We also have planned a variety of other ways to facilitate your learning and application to Concordia Prep School. We hope to see you at many of our events this fall/winter on our campus.
Finally, we look forward to hosting admitted students as our guests on campus next semester for our annual New Family Night on Wednesday April 26, 2023. We always of course will remain available for questions or further conversation at any time.
Shadow Day Schedule
- 9:00 am: Prospective Students and Parents arrive (check-in at front office)
- 9:00 am – 9:315 am: Welcome, Meet & Greet, Student Questionnaire.
- 9:15 am: Saint Ambassadors meet Shadow Students (off to class)
- 9:30 am – 2:00 pm: Shadow students attend classes and lunch with Saint Ambassador
- 2:00 pm: Shadow students are picked up

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A SHADOW DAY?
- Fill out an online inquiry form: click here. By filling out this form, you will automatically receive helpful updates about Admission events, the application process, and be able to schedule a visit.
- Once the Concordia Prep School Admissions Team processes the inquiry form, you will be added into our portal, MyConcordia. *Please give the Admissions Team 24-48 hours to process your inquiry.
- Next, an Admissions checklist will be assigned to your account and the email address used on the inquiry form will be your username. You will also receive an email invite from Blackbaud to set up your password and login to MyConcordia.
- Once you login, navigate to the application checklist under admissions progress. Follow the button prompts. Notice the Schedule a Visit feature. Click on it. It will display the available appointments on a calendar. Choose a day/time that works for you.
- You will receive a follow up email with our guidelines and important information for the day.
