Schedules and Books

Schedules will be distributed during the new student orientation night in late August. During the evening, staff members will provide information regarding school policy and practice and other information to help you transition into CPS. Students will have time to locate their lockers, try out locker combinations, stow school supplies, receive individual schedules, and briefly visit classes.

All students will receive school supply requirements from their teachers on the first day or two of classes. Please come on the first day with general school supplies, such as notebooks or binders, folders, pens, and pencils.

All new students must submit an immunization record and a Concordia Prep Record of Physical Examination or Preparticipation Physical Examination. Students trying out for fall sports will need to have a physical on file before they can participate in practices. Contact the school nurse, Mrs. Ellen Marquardt at with any questions or concerns.
