2022-2023 PROSPECTIVE FAMILY ADMISSIONS EVENTS

Prospective Family Forums:  Join us at our Family Forums to learn more about what it is like to be a student at Concordia Preparatory School. Hear from members of the Concordia Prep administrative team, teachers, coaches, parents as well as current students about their experience at CPS and insight on the academic programs, athletic opportunities, fine arts programs, spiritual life on campus, and more…

Admissions Timeline

  • Saturday, October 29, 2022 – Open House and Homecoming Festival
  • Friday, December 16, 2022 – Application & Financial Aid Application Deadline
  • Friday, January 6, 2023 – Records Request and Common Referral Deadline
  • Friday, February 17, 2023 – Acceptance Letters Mailed
  • Friday, March 3, 2023 – Registration/Enrollment Deadline
  • Wednesday, April 26, 2023 – New Family Welcome Night

You are encouraged to inquire at any point in your search. We understand each family has a unique timeline and circumstances related to their school search. That’s why our friendly Admission staff are accessible all year long to assist you wherever you are in the search process. Here’s a look at the general timeline many families follow.

Aug-Dec: Make an inquiry and begin an online application.

Sep-Dec: Visit Campus by registering for a shadow day, family forum, open house, information session or an interview. 

Dec 16th: Complete admission application are due by Dec. 16th. Submit supporting documents such as transcripts, teacher recommendations, and test results. Optional Financial Assistance forms are due

Jan 6th: Supporting documents (transcripts and recommendations) are due. For applications received after January 7th, the Admission Office will work closely with families to expedite the process and complete all steps of the application as soon as possible. Second round decisions will be made as space allows. 

Jan-Feb: Wrap up campus visits & final interviews. 

Feb 16th: Decision Letters are mailed. 

Mar 3rd: Enrollment Deadline for new students

Apr 26th: “New Saint Family Night” Meet and celebrate with some of your new classmates and families. 

May-Jun: End your current school year strong! Submit “Enrolled”. 

BE A SAINT FOR THE DAY!

Upper School and Middle School Saints for the Day visits will begin on Tuesday October 4th. Prospective student visits are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.    

“SAINT FOR THE DAY” Schedule:

  • 8:45 am-9:00 am: Prospective students and parents arrive (check-in at front office).
  • 9:00 am – 9:30 am: Welcome, meet and greet, student questionnaire.
  • 9:30 am: Saint Ambassadors meet visiting students (off to class).
  • 9:40 am – 2:00 pm: Visiting students attend classes and lunch with Saint Ambassador.
  • 2:00 pm: Visiting students are picked up.
