Welcome to the 2021-2022 School Year

We are thrilled to welcome students tomorrow for the start of the 2021-2022 school year. Below is a rundown of the schedule tomorrow and a recap of some of the questions from the Town Hall last Friday.

First Day Schedule

The schedule tomorrow is 8:00 am to 3:00 pm for ALL students. Due to COVID protocols, parents are not allowed to attend the opening chapel.

Middle School

The Middle School students will enter the Middle School building when they arrive, where they will start the day in advisory. They will be given a copy of their schedule and time to store their books and supplies. At 8:00 am the Middle School will go to the cafeteria for opening chapel.

Upper School

The Upper School students should report to the gymnasium for the opening chapel at 8:00 am. Upper School schedules will be disbursed in the Media Center from 7:30 am to 7:55 am.

Students will go through their entire schedule of classes – classes 1 through 8.


All students will be given a paper copy of their schedule tomorrow. They will also be given assistance if they need help logging into their Google or OnCampus accounts.

If your student needs to change their schedule, they must email Ms. Martha Bainbridge, the registrar, by Friday, August 27 at


  • The school cafeteria kitchen construction is still underway – delayed due to materials shortages. CPS plans to launch a hot lunch program later in the fall. Complete details will be shared with they are available. 
    Vending machines have been removed but microwaves are available.
  • Students should bring a water bottle with them – touchless water fountains have been installed throughout the campus.
  • Students should bring everything for their lunches this week. Drinks and snack items will be available next week.

Personal Device Registration

If students need to register a personal device on Wednesday morning, they will be directed to the Technology Office before chapel. The Technology Office will be open at 7:30 am tomorrow.

Students will drop off their personal devices and put their names, device usernames, and device passwords on a sticky note. The IT team will register their device and return devices to students after chapel or call them to the tech office when their device is ready for pick-up.

School Uniforms/Gym Uniforms

Lands End, our supplier for school uniforms, has experienced delays fulfilling orders. If you do not have your uniform for the first weeks of school, please wear attire that is as close as possible to the school uniform – red or white polos, khaki pants, white button-down shirts. Girls may wear appropriate colored skorts. Please review the Uniform Guidelines for guidance. Please email Mr. Curtis Miller with questions about the school uniform policy:

If students do not have their gym uniform before the start of school, they may wear gym apparel, preferably in Saints colors: red, gray, or white.
