  • Parents/guardians are asked to perform a daily health screening of their students each morning and complete the ParentLocker app. Students will show their “cleared green check screen” on their phone when they arrive at school and students who have not completed the app will be screened by faculty-staff upon their arrival.  If you have not activated your ParentLocker account, please contact our School Nurse Mrs. Marquardt at ellenmarquardt@concordiaprepschool.org.
  • Students will be required to wear masks at all times and should bring a spare. The masks need to fit snugly around the student’s nose, cheeks, and chin. Masks with valves are not allowed. Gaiters are not allowed.
  • Students who are ill need to be picked up in 1 hour from when the parent/guardian is notified by the nurse. Please provide at least 2 emergency contacts available to pick up the student if the parent/guardian is not available.
  • If you have any questions about whether your student should attend school, please contact the School Nurse before sending your student to campus.
  • Parents should remain in their cars during drop-off/pick-up. No parents are allowed in the school buildings.
