We expect students to participate in virtual lessons with the same level of preparedness that they would in the classroom.
  • Students are required to wear their CPS uniform shirts (and/or uniform outerwear) to ensure a proper learning environment.
  • We are treating this as a regular school day. If your student will be absent, please email Ms. Stefanneli at by 9:00 am each morning. Teachers will take attendance at the start of each class. Students will be marked tardy and absent the same way they are marked during a normal school day.
  • Students must have a personal device that has Internet access and speaker/audio output. For optimal connectivity, the device should also have a camera and microphone capabilities.
  • Suggested personal devices for optimal productivity include a tablet, Windows PC, or MAC computer.
  • For mobile devices or tablets, students should have access to download an application from the device’s app store. The virtual classroom meeting application will work on a smartphone. (We will provide more details on how to install the application tomorrow.)
  • For Windows or MAC computers, the virtual classroom meeting application will work from Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge web browsers.
  • Students will need access to their CPS Gmail email account. If they need helping logging into this account, please email the Director of Technology Mrs. Amanda Trapani at
  • Students will need to log into their OnCampus account and will go through a daily schedule of classes interacting online with teachers and completing assignments, quizzes, tests, and discussions.
Rev. Pastor Couser and Mrs. Grill are preparing to address the spiritual and mental health issues of our students throughout this transition.
