Many of our school activities and improvements would not be possible without the generosity of our parent volunteers. Families who support and become actively involved with the school strengthen our community and help make Concordia Preparatory School the special place that it is.

Saints in Service

Saints in Service is a Parent-School partnership that provides many services to the school by coordinating parent support through fundraising opportunities, social gatherings, and volunteer activities. Unlike many private schools, Concordia Preparatory School does not require parent participation hours, but instead works on the principle that people will give of their time, talents, and treasures as a loving response to the many gifts that God bestows on each and every one of us.

We have many different volunteer opportunities and encourage all families to participate in them. The various events are:

  • Bid for Kids Auction (March 18, 2017)
  • Basket Bingo (January 20, 2017) – Terri Stowars, Chairperson
  • Golf Outing (June 2017) – Tracy Gingher, Chairperson

Other Events:

  • Parent-Teacher League (PTL)
  • Campus Clean-Ups
  • School Store

Please contact Ms. Gingher for more information and to join the other Saints in Service!

Extended Day Program (EDP)

Thank you for considering enrolling your Middle School child in the Extended Day Program at Concordia Preparatory School. Your child will receive a snack, homework assistance and recreational opportunities in a fun, safe environment. Enrolling your child and opening an account will help you to avoid drop-in rates on those days you are running behind and give you the opportunity to take advantage of the program on the days you choose.

Here is what you need to do:

  1. Fill out the Enrollment Form.
  2. Decide how many days for which you would like to pre-pay. Each day costs $5 or $15 depending on how long your child attends. $100 is a good amount to start.
  3. Write a check out to Concordia Preparatory School for the amount you have chosen. Please indicate EDP in the memo.
  4. Bring the completed form and your check to the school attendance office located in the upper school building.

Please call or email me with any questions or concerns you may have. We look forward to serving you and your child!
