Capital Campaigns are over and above Concordia Prep’s Annual Fund Campaigns. Capital projects often fund “bricks and mortar” projects like buildings or endowment funds and typically have much higher campaign goals than an Annual Fund Campaign.

Currently, Concordia Preparatory School is not conducting a Capital Campaign. However, there are two capital items that are in need of funding: repaving the parking lots and renovation of the science classrooms in the upper school. To our knowledge, the lower parking lot is original to the initial construction of the school in 1965. It has come to the end of its life cycle and will need to be replaced in the near future. In addition, the science classrooms are also targeted for renovation. They, too, are nearing the end of their functional life and are earmarked for replacement as funds become available.
